2025 APPLICATIONS

Opens Monday 11 March 2024 and closes Friday 12 April 2024

Please note that the period for applications for admission to Grade R (only Afrikaans at Beaumont) is from Thursday 1 August 2024 to Friday 16 August 2024.

Applications for Gr 2 – Gr 7 2025 will be opened for registration on the WCED portal from Thursday 1 August 2024 to Friday 16 August 2024.

The WCED strongly advises parents to register at more than one school. This will ensure that parents at least have another possible option if the school of their choice does not have a place.

To apply, please follow the below steps:

1. Register on the WCED‘s portal; https://wcedonline.westerncape.gov.za/admissions. All applications (Grade R – Afrikaans only and Grade 1 –  Grade 7) MUST be entered on the WCED‘s online system. This step is mandatory.
2. We strongly encourage you to voluntarily complete Beaumont’s application form. Please e-mail the completed form as well as all supporting documentation in PDF format, to lwilliams@beaumont4u.co.za.  Please note that there are no hard copies available for collection nor will we accept hard copies at our office.

Important information
The specific application dates are determined by the WCED.

• Parents who move later in the year (after the closing date) and wish to apply for the 2025 school year, must only complete our school’s application form.
• No applications are carried over to the following year. If your application was unsuccessful for a specific grade and you wish to apply again for the following year, you must complete a new application as well as register again on the WCED portal for the following year.
• If your child is in one of our Grade R Afrikaans classes, you do not need to apply again as she / he will automatically move forward into the next Afrikaans grade pending on her / his progression.
